Welcome to 888gj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 888gj ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The 888gj platform is operated for the benefit of Pakistani players and all services, transactions, and support are delivered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The 888gj platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This is a hard minimum — not a guideline. By registering, you are making a legal declaration that you are 18 or older. If we have reason to believe that a player is underage, we will suspend the account immediately, freeze any balance pending investigation, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

888gj conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or another government-issued document to verify your age and identity. This process is required before large withdrawals and may also be triggered by account activity that raises compliance questions. Providing false documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

888gj is available only to players located and residing in Pakistan. Use of the platform from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund of deposits used for gaming.

3. Account Registration

To use the real-money features of the 888gj platform, you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a strong password, and confirmation of your age and acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information at registration and for keeping that information up to date throughout your membership.

Each person may maintain only one 888gj account. This one-account rule applies regardless of the device used, the payment method linked, or the email address provided. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms. 888gj will close all duplicate accounts, review all associated transactions, and may permanently ban all accounts held by or linked to the same individual.

Your 888gj account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. • Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• Account registration is currently available to Pakistani residents only.
• Players must not register under a false name or use another person's identity.
• 888gj reserves the right to request identity verification at any time during your membership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 888gj platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits and we do not charge currency conversion fees. The payment methods available at 888gj include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Deposits via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) credit to your 888gj balance within seconds under normal conditions. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two banking hours to reflect. 888gj does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges — this is outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–12 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals on fully verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within a few hours during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT). Weekend bank transfers may take until the next business day. 888gj does not charge withdrawal fees. The withdrawal amount requested is the full amount received.

888gj reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where account activity indicates a need for enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days of the request may result in temporary withdrawal suspension while the review is pending.

Funds deposited for real-money gaming must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposit principal is permitted. This is a basic anti-money-laundering requirement, not a bonus restriction. It applies to the deposit amount itself, not to any bonus funds (which carry their own wagering requirements as described in Section 5).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

888gj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion itself, in addition to the general bonus terms outlined here. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

The 888gj welcome bonus of 100% on your first deposit up to Rs 10,000 is available to all new players who register and make a qualifying deposit. This bonus is credited to your account automatically within 60 seconds of the qualifying deposit clearing. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable PKR, a wagering requirement must be completed. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20× the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must place Rs 20,000 in qualifying real-money bets before that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonuses expire automatically after this period.
• Only one active bonus can be held at a time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the system is configured otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots and arcade games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and card games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion details.
• 888gj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if they were credited due to a technical error or fraudulent activity.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus exploitation, and collusion with other players — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts closed.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 888gj platform — including but not limited to Ludo, Teen Patti, Poker, Aviator, Andar Bahar, and live casino games — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These game rules are part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the game rules as displayed in the platform at the time of play take precedence.

888gj's RNG-based games use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently tested to ensure statistical fairness. Each game outcome is independent of all previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by the platform, any third party, or any player. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained studio dealers under strict protocols. The 888gj platform does not manipulate game outcomes for any reason.

Should a technical malfunction occur during a game session, 888gj's policy is to void the affected round and return all stakes to the relevant players. A technical malfunction is defined as a failure in the game software, the random number generation process, or the connectivity infrastructure that prevents a fair and complete game round from being determined. This policy does not apply to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, which are the player's own responsibility.

• Bets placed during a technical malfunction period may be void.
• 888gj's decision on whether a malfunction has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process.
• Winnings resulting from a clearly displayed incorrect odds or stake calculation are void and may be reclaimed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 888gj and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the 888gj platform (duplicate accounts).
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to standard players.
• Colluding with other players during multiplayer games such as Poker, Teen Patti, or Ludo to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unfair winnings. Any such winnings are void and must be repaid.
• Using the 888gj platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to use the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider for funds deposited and used on the 888gj platform without first contacting 888gj support to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 888gj staff or other players in any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

888gj is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair, and transparent. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. Available responsible gaming tools at 888gj include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Deposit limits and loss limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours after any upward adjustment. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the chosen duration. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed, no bonuses will be offered, and no marketing communications will be sent.

10. Limitation of Liability

888gj provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses caused by temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 888gj's total liability to any player in connection with any single dispute shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 888gj is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

888gj accepts no liability for losses arising from player decisions made during the course of gaming. The outcome of all games involves an element of chance and 888gj makes no representations regarding the likelihood of winning. You play at your own risk.

11. Account Closure

You may close your 888gj account at any time by contacting our support team at support@888gj.biz. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within standard withdrawal processing times, provided your account is in good standing and no active investigations are pending. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

888gj reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without advance notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to 888gj, other players, or third parties. In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, any balance derived from bonus funds or potentially fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

If your account has been closed by 888gj and you believe this was done in error, you may contact our support team within 30 days of closure to request a review. 888gj will provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving a formal dispute.

12. Amendments to These Terms

888gj may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that affect your rights, the bonus structure, payment terms, or game availability — will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 7 days before they take effect, except where a change is required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
